Restore, recover, and perform at your best with professional sports massage therapy.
Sports massage is a specialised therapy designed for athletes and anyone with an active lifestyle. It goes beyond relaxation, focusing on relieving muscle tension, improving flexibility, and accelerating recovery after intense physical activity. Whether you're training for an event, recovering from an injury, or simply want to keep your body in peak condition, sports massage can help you achieve your goals.
Our sessions use a combination of deep tissue techniques, targeted stretching, and myofascial release to address specific muscle groups and soft tissue concerns. Regular sports massage can help prevent injuries, reduce inflammation, and enhance your overall performance.

Hi everyone! I'm Rachel — a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist and accredited member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA). I'm also certified in Kinesiology Taping through the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO), hold a BA (Hons) in Sport and Education, and work as a PE teacher with an enhanced DBS check. I'm a proud mum of three energetic boys and based locally in Torton, Kidderminster.
I'm passionate about fitness and spend my free time running, training in the gym, and getting outdoors with my family. Having grown up around motorsport and competitive sport, I've built a strong understanding of common sports-related injuries, aches, pains, and everyday muscular issues.
Sports Massage — also known as deep tissue massage — uses advanced techniques such as kneading, frictions, trigger point therapy and ischemic pressure to reduce muscle tension and discomfort. These treatments aim to release tight muscles, improve mobility, and ease referred pain. You don't need to be an athlete to benefit; office work, long commutes, and physical jobs can all lead to muscle imbalances, reduced posture quality, and discomfort.
